Harold F. Jordan
April 21st, 1938 - July 30th, 2024
In Loving Memory
Harold F. Jordan, 86, of Rock Hill, S.C., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Mr. Jordan was the son of Edgar Foy and Lucille Blair Jordan.
Mr. Jordan finished Rock Hill High School in 1956, and immediately joined the Air Force for four years. After the Air Force, he completed his education at Presbyterian College with a BS Degree in Business. He enjoyed his time at PC with his Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity brothers.
Mr. Jordan married his love, the former Clarence Ann Thames, in 1963. He is survived by his wife of 61 years; his two daughters, Jennie Jordan and husband, Dan Gooch of Cayce, and Julie Wells and husband, Rusty Wells of Cayce; and two granddaughters, Amber Deloach and Dora Sox.
Mr. Jordan and his family loved working together in the family-owned business, Pal-Med. He also loved entertaining everyone by singing and playing guitar, loved playing with his dogs, and a great bottle of wine.
The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral home in Lexington on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. A private service will be held later by the family. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Colonial Gardens Alzheimer’s Special Care Center and All Seasons Medical Hospice Care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Jordan’s name to the Cayce Public Safety Foundation at PO Box 5422, Cayce SC 29171.
