September 30th, 1917 - March 14th, 2011
May, Harold M. "Hal" 93, of St. Petersburg, died Monday, March 14, 2011, at home. Born in Paris, TN, he came to St. Petersburg in 1959 from Cape Canaveral, FL. He graduated from USF, and was a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Maximo Presbyterian Church, and the Academy of Senior Professionals at Eckerd College. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucy. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Linda May; son, Richard May and wife, Beth; daughters, Ann Swift and husband Bert, and Rosalie Burdett; grandchildren, Andrew, Stephanie, Riley May, and (step-grandchildren) Katelyn, Ben and McKenzie Faulder. Also, step-daughter, Kirsten Faulder, and step-son Bud and wife Amber Faulder; sister-in-law Barbara and husband Ron Moore; brother-in-law Mike and children Elizabeth and Max Thayer. And Gwen. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 20th, 2:00pm at Maximo Presbyterian Church, 3200 58th Avenue South, St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hal's name to the Maximo Scholarship Fund or Eckerd College.
