Harold A. Pye, Sr., a 52 year resident of National Park, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. He was 79. Legacy An easy-going man that was a devoted husband, father and grandfather; Hal, as he was affectionately known was also a hard worker. Hal worked as a Group Leader at Sony Music, formerly CBS Records in Pitman before retiring after 38 years. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, Joan, taking cruises and trips to Europe, the Poconos and Disney after retirement. Hal was devoted to his faith and was very active within the Faith Bible Church in Thorofare. He also dedicated his time as a Boy Scout Leader, the National Park Fire Company and Gloucester City High School sporting events. Family Son of the late Charles and Mary Pye, he is the beloved husband of 57 years to Joan (Hubbard) Pye ; devoted father of Harold "Hap" Pye, Jr. (Judi), Eliza "Joan" Bundens (Ed) and Susan White (David); loving grandfather to Lawrence and Shane Pye, Brittany Zebleckes (Bryan) and Courtney Bundens, David, Shannon and Nate White; dear brother of Florence Norwood, Charles Pye and Thomas Pye and the late Robert Pye. Hal is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 9:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street.
