Harold Rucker
July 28th, 1931 - June 16th, 2017
Harold Rucker was born July 28, 1931 in Chamblee Georgia to the late Cleveland Rucker and Francis Perry Rucker. He received Christ at an early age. Harold was educated in the Chamblee Public School System. After graduating from high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he received an honorable discharge. After which he made his home in Tucson Arizona. He retired from The University of Arizona after working there for many years. He was married to the late Jodene Graham. To this union three children were born. He was a devoted father and grandfather. On June 15, 2017, Harold departed this life. He is preceded in death by his parents Cleveland and Francis Rucker, wife Jodene Rucker, sons Harold Rucker Jr (Rusty) and Michael Johnson, a daughter Tamara Rucker, and a sister Louise Williams. He leaves to cherish his memories, a son Carl Rucker (Melody), one sister Grace Rucker Davis (Andrew), grandsons Brandon and Justin, granddaughters, Samantha, Ciera and Deja, great grandson Avery along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
