Harriet Fantasia, 88, a 15 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Born in Boston, MA on September 3, 1928, Harriet was the daughter of the late Minnie Bornstein and loving wife of Leo Fantasia for over 64 years until he passed away in August 2014. Leo was the love of her life and her best friend and the two of them made an amazing couple. Harriet enjoyed reading, especially about movie stars and travel. She also loved soap operas and music. Her favorite artist was Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass although she also liked listening to The Rolling Stones, Elton John and country artists like Kenny Chesney and Sugarland. An avid Disney fan, she adored Snow White best although she was partial to all of the princesses and Mickey Mouse. Harriet is survived by her daughter, Patricia Fantasia and additional family members Jeff Grinstein and Pearl Grinstein along with several relatives still residing in Massachusetts.
