KELSO, Harriette Anne, 68, of Clearwater, Fla., passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011. She was born in Los Angles, CA and moved to Tampa in 1960. Harriette was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Clearwater. She was a homemaker, had worked for the Federal Attorneys office in Tampa, as the church secretary at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church and in her younger years; she was a candy striper at Tampa General. She is preceded in death by her sister, Alice Austin. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Glen M. Kelso, Sr.; daughter, Harriette Anne Hitchcox and her husband, Mark; son Glen M. Kelso Jr. and his wife, Jennifer; two brothers, Malcolm and George Donaldson; sister, Helen Bradley and five grandchildren, Thomas Fredrick Whitaker, Haley Marie Kelso, April Dawn Kelso, Tyler Daniel Kelso and Matthew Austin Kelso. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Myrtle Lake Baptist Church in Land O’ Lakes. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
