Dr. Harry William Eichenbaum, 72, of St. Petersburg, passed away Dec. 1st. Harry was born in New York City and moved to Florida in 1968 from Corpus Christi, Texas after completing a Navy enlistment during the Vietnam War. He graduated from NYU for both his Bachelor's degree and his Doctorate through the NYU School of Medicine. Harry was a member of Temple Beth-El as well as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years Judith; loving sons Dr. Mark Samuel Eichenbaum (Dr. Annette Eichenbaum) and Dr. David Aaron Eichenbaum (fiancAC.e Erin Sembler), daughter Eleanor (Bryan) Eichenbaum Eubanks; and brother Dr. Bernard (Arleen) Eichenbaum. Services for Dr. Eichenbaum were held privately on Wednesday, Dec. 2nd, with burial following at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Largo. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Harry's memory to the World Wildlife Fund (worldwildlife.org). Shiva will be observed at the Eichenbaum home, 448 Park St. N., St. Petersburg the evenings of Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday at 7:00pm. David C. Gross Funeral Homes is serving the family.
