Flahiff Funeral Chapels & Crematory-Caldwell
Harvey Elgin Anderson
October 11th, 1946 - January 26th, 2023
It is with a great sense of sorrow that we announce the passing of our wonderful and amazing pops Harvey Elgin Anderson. Our Pops passed with his kids by his side on Thursday January 26th at 1:30 a.m. He is survived by his son Wesley Hall, daughter Jenerra Menchaca, three grandchildren, Shayla Hughes, Brennon Reeves and Cameron Reeves. Five great-grandkids, Makoa, Kyah, Karston, Kambryn and Jayden. Harvey married the love of his life (our mom) Sonja Leeann Anderson in 1985. He stayed married to until her passing in 2011. Harvey was a dedicated member of the church of Christ and was cherished by his church family as well as his immediate family. I don't think we ever heard our pops say a mean or unkind word about anyone. There hasn't been a time when we've mentioned his name that people don't talk about how much they admired him. We've always said that our pops is the best man we've ever known. He loved his kids and thought the world of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a wonderful example of a husband, father and grandfather. Our pops has left an imprint on the heart of us all. He lead by example in a way that would make anyone proud. Our heart is sad that he's gone but he will never be forgotten. Our hope is to honor his memory by following that same example of what a great human being really is. That man is our pops, Harvey Elgin Anderson. We love you forever and always, Love, your family
