Harvey Joseph Santos

Harvey Santos, of Molalla, Oregon, passed away at home on April 22, 2018. He was 70. He was born to Joseph and Anna Santos in Woodland, California on December 14, 1947. He was raised in Woodland, attended Chico State College and served in the Army in Germany. Harvey was a shop teacher for 25 years at Klamath Falls High School and worked for the BLM in Klamath Falls for five years. He was retired for seven years. He married his wife, Annette and moved to Molalla three years ago. He enjoyed hunting birds, elk, deer, antelope, and fishing and crabbing. Traveling, enjoying the beach at Hawaii, cruises, staying at his cabin at Crescent Lake, visiting friends and family in Klamath Falls, Mt. Shasta and Woodland, California were other ways he liked to spend his time. He loved being with his family. He also enjoyed woodworking, hot rod restoration and showing his cars at car shows. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Raymond Santos and Anna Vivian Santos. He is survived by Annette, his wife of 2 1/2 years; mother in law, Albina Pirkl; daughter, Beth Noyes; stepdaughters, Brandi Moorhouse, Cassie (Steven) Miller and Felicia (Brian) Malkson; son, Brad Santos; stepson, Erik Moorhouse; grandchildren, Lauren, Kaitlyn and Aiden Noyes, Claire and Ella Malkson and Amalia Mae Miller. Hugs and kisses from the grandchildren in Molalla. Claire, Ella, and Mia were the light of his life. A Celebration of Life will be held on May 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Molalla Christian Church.
