Haywood (Bill) Leroy Scott was born on March 21, 1930 in Plant City, Florida and went to be with the Lord on September 19, 2012. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law; Lisa Ann and Lief Thompson and their four children, Alex, Tucker, Quinn and Cleo Thompson. He is also survived by his sister Edith Green and brothers-in-law and sister in-law, along with numerous nieces and nephews who adoringly knew him as their “Uncle Bill”. His memorial stone marker will reside at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. Bill served in the United States Army, and has earned a place at this Heroes' cemetery. Bill was also grateful and thankful to all the friends in his life through the years, so it is with great honor that his family thanks you for being here today and for all of your love and support.
