Helen Effie Elder, 88, of Seminole, passed away November 20, 2011. Helen was born in Hartwell, GA and worked for many years as an interviewer for the State of Florida's Employment Office, where she helped many people find jobs in both the public and private organizations. She is survived by her three loving sons, Ken (Robin), James (Sabrina), and John (Robin); seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Family was the most important thing to her and she will be dearly missed by all the people she loved so much. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 25th from 1-2 PM at the David C. Gross Funeral Home in St. Petersburg, where services will begin at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Cemetery - South in St. Petersburg. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
