Helen Margaret Jewell
June 1st, 1925 - July 3rd, 2009
Helen Peg Jewell passed away peacefully on July 3, 2009, after a long battle with numerous illnesses. She was born and raised in Syracuse, N.Y. and moved to Edmonds, WA, in 1962 with her husband and children. Peg loved sewing, knitting and baking, all of which she shared generously with her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; and daughter, Judy. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie (Jim) Cory; son, Jeff Jewell; grandsons, Shaugnessy McCann, and Logan McCann; and great-grandson, Damean McCann. eg was a long time member of Edmonds Presbyterian church where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 11, 2009, 22600, 96th Ave. W. Edmonds, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite charity in Pegs name.
