Helen Robertson

Helen was born in Freeland, Pennsylvania to parents John and Anne Dzuranin. She was one of three siblings with older sister Anne Koloski and younger sister Marie Weber-Dean. Helen died of natural causes six weeks shy of her 90th birthday. Helen graduated from Germantown Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1949 where she received a Pediatrics Award. Helen greatly enjoyed her career and was employed in many different aspects of nursing. She retired from Rolling Hill Hospital in 1993 and received the Registered Nurse Recognition Award from the Pennsylvania Nurses Association for her outstanding commitment to her patients and profession. After retirement, Helen relocated to Oregon to be closer to her daughters and grandsons. She is survived by her daughters Susan and Jennifer, son-in-law Brent Pingrey and grandchildren Bryce and Ben Pingrey. She is remembered and missed by the family of beloved nephew David Koloski, wife Wanda and grandnieces Jacqueline and Kristen.
