Herbert H. Fuller

Herbert H. Fuller, born in 1928 to Maurice and Ruth (Fischer) Fuller in Centralia, Washington, passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2018, at the age of 89. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Judge Carol (Rogers) Fuller; brother, Maurice Donald Fuller; sister, Betty Lou (Fuller) Charouhas; his three children, Jay (Leonor), Marya, and Nina (Ralph Strickland) Fuller; and five grandchildren. Herb graduated from Harvard College and went on to the University of Washington law school. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked in private practice and served as the Chief Deputy Attorney General in the 1960s. After spending some years in Europe, Herb settled in Olympia, Washington, in 1968. He was the senior partner at Fuller & Fuller, Attorneys, until his retirement. Herb spent a considerable amount of time representing public employees’ unions throughout his career.
