Hoover Jr., Herbert C. 55, of Seminole, passed Thursday, March 10, 2011 at work. He graduated from York College of PA. He was an honest and selfless man who was the owner of Utility Battery Co. in Tampa. He is survived by his parents Herbert and Frances Hoover, of St. Petersburg, FL; brother Steve Hoover, of Tampa; fiancee Amelia; and son Michael. There will be a Memorial Service at 6:45pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Church by the Sea at Madeira Beach.
