BECHARD, Herve C., 59, of Tampa, passed away May 2, 2009. Known to his family and friends as "Frenchy" Herve was born on January 10, 1950 in Lewiston, Maine to Rosaire and Germaine (Poisson) Bechard. He is survived by two (2) sons, Brian & Jared Bechard; one (1) grandson; sisters, Muriel C. Asselin, Claire Therriault and Doris Forgues; family and friends.
