Hetty Houser Price

Hetty Houser Price, 98, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Lake Lure, NC, died November 1, 2011. A native of Rutherford County, she was the wife of the late Glenn Price and daughter of the late Tilden and Essie Houser of Cliffside, NC. She was formerly a member of the Chimney Rock Baptist Church and a retired state employee. She is survived by one daughter, Lynn Conchado (Ray), four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Another daughter, Gail Matson, preceded her in death. Also surviving are one sister, Ottie Roberson of Columbia, SC and one brother Maurice Houser of Cliffside, NC. Services will be conducted at the Chimney Rock Baptist Church on Saturday, November 5, at 2:00 p.m. One hour prior to the service the family will receive friends at the church. No flowers.
