Howard "Oz" Paul Nelson, 78, of Nampa, passed away on May 20, 2020 at a local care center. There will be a memorial service Friday, May 22, 2020 at 3:30pm at the Calvery Church in Caldwell, Idaho, 911 Everett Ave.
