SURPLUS, Howard Kinder, 79, of Spring Hill, FL passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. He was born in Westchester, Pennsylvania and was a veteran in the U.S. military. Howard was a business owner in retail sales of residential and commercial storage buildings. Howard is survived by two daughters, Allison Stanford, and Carole Estes as well as many other loving family members and friends. Memorials may be made to HPH Hospice in memory of Mr. Surplus.
