Hunter James Kerst

Master Hunter James Kerst, age 10 1/2 months, a resident of Lakeland passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015, at his home. Hunter was born April 15, 2014, in Lakeland to William James and Darlene Marie (Schneider) Kerst. Hunter enjoyed playing with the TV remote, the phone, anything that lights up, stuffed animals and his family. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother; paternal great grandmother and maternal great grandparents. Hunter will be missed dearly by: his parents: Billy & Darlene Kerst of Lakeland, sister: Courtney Kerst of Virginia, maternal grandfather: Randy & Sandra Schneider of Polk City, maternal grandmother: Joan Brookover of Lakeland, paternal grandparents: Bert & Nancy Kerst of Frostproof, paternal great grandfather: James Pierce of Ft. Meade. A private graveside will be held on Friday.
