Irene Velma Canaan (Ostlund) Irene was born in Spokane WA on February 15, 1935 and passed into eternity on January 18, 2018. She is survived by her husband George Canaan, sons Larry Ostlund and his wife Roberta, Daniel Ostlund and his wife Marie, Rodney Ostlund and his wife Stacy, Richard Hearin and his wife Mary, and Roger Hearin. She has 11 grandchildren that she loved dearly, Christopher, Courtney, Travis, Nicholas, Derek, Leah, Alexander, Jennifer, Rick, Sunni, and George and also 4 great-grandchildren, Phillip, Allysa, Maddy, and Holden. She is also survived by MANY loved nieces and nephews. She left a loving legacy in so many hearts and will be missed and thought of every day. Please join us for a celebration of Irene's life on Saturday, January 27th at 4pm at Living Grace Church in downtown Tacoma located at 106 S. 28th St. This will be a wonderful celebration of Mom's life with reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall. 'Till we meet again Mom, you're "THE BEST MOM IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD."
