Irene Mary Krecko, 85 of Tamarac, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2018. She was born in Queens, New York on January 19, 1932 to Henry and Mary (Meyer) Herweg. Irene enjoyed her career as a secretary in the banking industry and retired in Manhattan. She came to this area from Queens in March, 1990. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and is survived by her daughters, Linda Krecko and Mary Jean Cordell and other beloved family. She will be greatly missed, but her family finds comfort knowing she is at peace.
