Flahiff Funeral Chapels & Crematory-Caldwell
Irene H Nava
April 7th, 1947 - February 27th, 2009
Irene H. Nava, 61, of Caldwell died Friday, February 27, 2009, at a Caldwell hospital. Graveside memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, at Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Irene was born April 7, 1947, at Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, a daughter of Ernst Hiller and Gretchen Margarita Maeding. A few years later they moved to Boden-Wuertenerg in the southern part of Germany. A few years later her sister Annerose was born and was spoiled rotten by everyone. She worked at a yarn factory for a few years but fell in love and moved to Boise. She worked at various places but in 1977 she fell in love with the ISSH Building "1C", she had found her calling and was in love with those precious people. In 1988 she quit ISSH and brought two clients home to live with her. What special times they had. When they passed away she took in two more. The job was 24-7, but the rewards made all those hours easy. (Irene wrote the previous part of the obituary herself.) In 2004 she had to retire due to illness. Her sister took care of her. On Feb 27th she went to be with her Mom. Irene was a very loving and caring person, as well a very good and loving sister. She enjoyed bowling very much, and have her sister take her to lunch. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Annerose and Jorje Hernandez, and her snickerdoodle Emily. Also Bertha & Juan, Jaime & Rita, Arcelia & Pedro, Mari & Manuel, and Javier &Jenny, and Children. Sister, I will miss you very much and always will love you, Annerose. Service Information
