IZOLA J. MULTHAUF age 84 of Jefferson passed away on February 26, 2008 at Sienna Crest in Fort Atkinson. She was born on November 18, 1923 in Yuma CO, daughter of the late Frances (Spencer) and Mont Petty. She married Franklin "Sparky" Multhauf on June 29, 1946 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on March 12, 1992. Izola served in the United States Army during WWII. She was co-owner with her husband of Sparky's Bar in Jefferson. She also drove school bus for 12 years with the Foskett's Bus Service. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and the American Legion Post 164 Reinhardt-Windl, and the VFW post 3589 Endl-Gruennert. She is survived by two daughters; Teresa White of Cambridge, Melissa (Don) Hansen of Camp Douglas, Two sons; Timothy (Rose) Multhauf of Fort Atkinson, Michael (Sue) Multhauf of Fort Atkinson, 11 grandchildren; Lynn Kraus of Buffalo, NY, Nicole (Ross) Bubolz of Sycamore, IL, Candy Fisher of Rio, WI, Angie Multhauf of Fort Atkinson, David Celkis, Mallory, Megan Multhauf of Fort Atkinson, Alex, Madeline and Bobby Austin, Keelsey Hansen of Camp Douglas, WI 14 great grandchildren; Owen Kraus of Buffalo NY, Kennedy, Sterling, Micah, Salome, Simon, Anika, Avery, Thaddeus and Trason Bubolz of Sycamore, IL, Cody, Kyle and Dakota Fisher of Rio, WI, Dallas Multhauf of Fort Atkinson, WI. One sister; Lois Schmitz of Jefferson, One brother; Virgil Petty of Jefferson Four sisters-in-law; Mary Multhauf of Jefferson, Anita Multhauf of West Bend, WI, Regina Petty of Jefferson, and Lorraine Notbohm of Sherman TX, Two brothers-in-law; Herbert Schmitz of Jefferson, Donald Notbohm of Sherman TX. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, One daughter Jeannie Multhauf March 10, 1998, One son; Joseph Multhauf May 10, 1959, One grandson Timothy Multhauf Jr. February 28, 1973, 3 sisters; Myrtle Krueger, Hazel Helle, Maxine Blasing, Two half-brothers, and five half sisters, Five brothers-in-law; Albert Multhauf, Clarence Multhauf, Herbert Blasing, Maynard Helle, Bert Krueger. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday February 29, 2008 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating, burial with Military Rites will follow at the Parish Cemetery, Friends may call from 4:00-8:oo p.m. on Thursday February 28, at the Schneider-Michaelis Funeral Home and then again on Friday at the church from 11:00 am until the time of Mass. Memorials may be directed to Jefferson Rainbow Hospice or to Sienna Crest.
