J.W. and Madge Hopkins passed away on November 24th, 2014 and February 14, 2013, respectively. As both J.W. and Madge were a blessing to their family, they have left behind many memories that are a treasure. They lived beyond words and are missed beyond measure. Please join with their family as they cordially invite you to a celebration of their lives at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 5 to 7 pm, conducted by Rev. Ray Amos. Their survivors include children, Larry Hopkins & wife Brenda of Omaha, NE, Judith Ann Livesay of Johnson City, TN and Beverly Drake & husband Dennis of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother Atwell Hopkins & wife Marcella of Blacksburg, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
