Jack "Fuzzy" Berth
June 17th, 1937 - April 13th, 2021
Jack Berth, a 55 year resident of Westville, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was 83. Legacy A bit rough around the edges, Jack, or Fuzzy as he was affectionately known, had a true heart of gold for those he loved and cared for. He was not outward with his feelings and emotions, but if you got a nickname, you knew he cared for you. Jack had an undying passion for cars from a young age. He became an automotive mechanic, working for numerous shops throughout his life, his last being at Family Toyota in Runnemede for 24 years before retiring. There was nothing Jack couldn't fix, he was a true jack of all trades. Away from work, Jack enjoying taking trips to the casinos at Atlantic City, taking in a good meal at his favorite restaurants, finding peace and solace at the Red Bank Battlefield and of course, spending time fulfilling his need for speed working on cars. Family He is the devoted father of the late Elizabeth "Betty" Berth, John Berth (Christina), Margaret "Margie" Brown (Albert), Michael Berth, Kathleen Coryell (Ed), James "Jimmy" Berth (Bethany) and David Berth (Stephanie); dear brother to Dan Berth (Carol) and Evelyn Ruth; loving grandfather to Albert Jr. (Heather) and Christopher Brown, Matthew Murphy (Laura) and Madison, AJ and Alaina Berth, Katelyn and Edward Coryell, and Julianna, Emily and Kadence Berth; cherished great grandfather to Jordyn and Cole Brown. Jack is also survived by his extended family and friends. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 5:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street. A Funeral Ceremony will be held in the funeral home at 7:00PM.
