Jack Andrew Kossick, age 48, died suddenly on September 3, 2016. He was born on July 19, 1968 in Neptune, NJ. Jack loved fishing, a lifelong pastime. He was also very handy, fixing things and helping people. Jack had a great personality. He is survived by his father, John and stepmother, Rose Kossick; beloved children, Kourtnee, Kory and Jackie Kossick; and sisters, Pam and Colleen Kossick. He was predeceased by his mother, Jacqueline (Ritt); and brothers, John and Michael Kossick. Jack, our brother, you will be missed and always loved. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Kossick Children Fund at Wells Fargo. There will be a viewing on Saturday, September 10, from 1-3 PM, with a service starting at 3 PM at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Rd, Punta Gorda 33950.
