Jack M. Morrisson, age 60, of Broadalbin passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 13, 2012 at his home. Jack was born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 28, 1951 the son of Elizabeth Hobbs Morrisson and the late Thomas Ern Morrisson. Jack was educated at the State University of New York at Oswego, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Science. Jack operated "Jack's Trading Post" where he machined metal and plastic parts. He loved power tools and power toys such as motorcycles, snowmobiles and jetski's. Jack is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Hobbs Morrisson, 5 brothers: Tom Morrisson Antonia, Richard Morrisson Kathleen, Stephen Morrisson Ruth, Norman Morrisson Kelly, David Morrisson and a sister, Mary Abdill Ed. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 17, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church, 54 West Main Street, Broadalbin with the Rev. Bonnie Orth officiating. The arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffords & Stewart Funeral Home, 85 West Main Street, Broadalbin.
