Johnstown – Jack D. Rivera, 54, passed away on Saturday April 1, 2023. Born on May 20, 1968 in Patchogue, New York, a son of Louis Rivera and the late Michelle Guerrier. Jack was a long time bass guitar player, he loved music and was a diehard Iron Maiden fan. He was also an avid fan of Star Trek. Jack is survived by his father, Louis Rivera (Diane); siblings, John Rivera, Michael Guerrier, Renee Bastady, Joan Bastady (Steve), Georgeann Bramer (Brian), Paula Ladd, Danielle Demmers and Kerri Feleppa. Several nieces, nephews, cousin, aunts and uncles also survive. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 2pm at The American Legion, Post 337, 19 N. Main Street, Broadalbin, 12025. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, 12010.
