JACK WAYNE THOMPSON
January 5th, 1939 - June 23rd, 2021
Jack Thompson passed away unexpectantly on June 23. He was 82. He leaves behind the love of his life, Shirley, son, Dave (Trish), son, Ken (Gail) and 7 grandchildren: Joshua, Daniel, Cassidy, Nate, Misha, Sawyer and Joseph. He was predeceased by his son, Steve, and his daughter, Nancy. Jack was an avid vintage toy collector. He will be missed by many of the friends he had made in the antique toy business. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Mother Teresa Maternity Home, P.O. Box 991, Placerville, CA 95667. A funeral Mass will be said at St. Patrick’s Church, 3109 Sacramento St., Placerville, CA, 95667 on Tuesday, July 13 at 12:00. Rosary to be said at 11:30. Reception to follow in the Hall, which is on site. Masks are required for anyone who has not been vaccinated.
