BURGESS, Jacob Michael, 10, of Tampa, passed away March 22, 2009 in Tampa General Hospital. Jacob was born January 9, 1999 in Tampa. He was the sweetest and cutest little boy in the universe. Loved his cartoons "Sponge Bob", listening to Little Einstein music @ night "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, "How Much Is That Doggy In The Window"; "Zippity Doo Da"; "Three Blind Mice" and "Hickory Dickory Dock". Jacob loved Alvin and the Chipmunks, he looked like little Theodore. His favorite songs were "Chica Boom Chica Boom", and "Chica Bow Bow". His little face would light up and laugh. Survived by his Loving Family and two (2) sisters and one (1) brother, and many wonderful caring and loving friends. "A promise is a promise; yes it is, yes it is.
