Jacob lost a long and hard fought battle on Aug. 1, 2017. He passed surrounded by people who loved him, but far before his time at the age of 30. He brought joy and laughter to every soul he touched. Jacob is survived by his mother, Kathy Greene, his brothers, Michael Greene, Daniel Heyman, and Cameron Greene, his girlfriend, Katie LoPresti, and countless other loved ones.
