Jacob Matthew Kirby, 20, of Parker, passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2013. Survived by his mother, Jody Ann Kirby, his father, Matthew Kirby, sisters, Jordan, Jade, Savannah and brother, Zak; Also survived by his grandparents, Joe and Mo Kelley, Derrell and Bev Olofson, Sharyl Kirby and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Visitation for family and friends will be held at Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services on Thursday, May 30, 2013, 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at Southeast Christian Church, 9650 Jordan Road in Parker. Visitation will also be held at the Church, one hour prior to the Service (10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.). Service Information
