Jacob Chris Walter M.D., born in Loveland, CO on October 16, 1981, died in Ft. Collins, CO on November 13, 2020. Jacob is survived by his parents Chris and Marilyn Walter of Loveland, CO; sister Natalie Hopkin (Luke) of Loveland, CO; nephew Aeye Hopkin of Evans, CO; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; many friends and colleagues; and his best friend Christian Ramos. Jacob was an Eagle Scout and a valedictorian at Loveland High School. Jacob graduated from Colorado State University and Creighton Medical School in Omaha, NE. He worked as a Radiologist in the Loveland/Ft. Collins area. Cremation has been completed. No services are scheduled.
