Jacob Andrew Williams Jacob Andrew Williams was born January 8, 1990 at St Joseph’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. A month early, the little five pound Jake sparked smiles and giggles around the hospital, as his big daddy Gary carried him around in the palm of his hand. Jake grew quickly though and was a bright curious little guy who loved critters of all kinds. And throughout his childhood excavated many a yard hunting for them. He never ever harmed them, he had a tender caring heart for them and wanted to keep them all as pets. And he could give you an encyclopedia description of each one too! This passion for critters never left him... He always owned a lizard or two and a snake, into his adulthood. Jake’s greatest passion though was music. And he possessed an amazing natural gift. From pounding out nursery songs on his tinker piano as a toddler, to being a self taught piano and guitar player and natural singer throughout his teen years and young adulthood. He could create and compose music in his head and produce it effortlessly with amazing beauty onto any instrument at hand. A true prodigy who blessed all on the receiving end of his great gift . Jake grew up in Spanaway, WA, and Eatonville WA, when the family moved there in 2005. Graduating from Eatonville Highschool in 2008. In 2012, Jake met Katie, who became his wife in 2017. Their beautiful daughter, Thea came into the world in 2013. Jake couldn’t have been a prouder daddy. And such a loving and good daddy too. Baby boy Wayne came along in 2018, making their family complete.. And a precious spitting image of his daddy to boot. Having helped build his family’s home as a teenager in Eatonville, Jake learned many skills involving construction and landscaping. He loved landscaping and all of the creative possibilities it fed in him. He and his dad Gary worked well together. And Jake eventually joined his dad’s business, 911 Home Improvement, becoming a lead supervisor. The combination of Jake’s carpentry skills and his great way with people earned him a lot praise from many customers. And great appreciation from his dad. Things Jake loved to do were motorcycle ride, hike, go to the ocean, camp, play music of course, and spend time with his family—-Immediate and extended. Jake came from a very close knit family. And was loved beyond measure by each and everyone of them! He shared his love of Sponge Bob and the video game Spiro with his daughter Thea, who shows many of Jake’s sweet, adventurous and humorous characteristics! Jake was a huge goofball who loved to laugh and make people laugh. When he would get excited about something or amused it was so contagious. He was hilarious. Oh how that big handsome smile and his laugh could make your day! Jake is survived by his wife Katie, daughter Thea, son Wayne, Father Gary, Mother, Jill, sisters Danette and Sarah and their spouses and children, grandparents Hal and Maryann and many other beloved extended family members. Even though Jake struggled with a dark foe, drugs, that took his earthly life. There will never be anything that will ever be able to dim the sweet memories of his kind, and loving heart, his beautiful smile, his warm, strong hugs, and his precious and gentle spirit.
