James Lewis Alexander Jr (Jimmy), 58 of James island, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Friday October 30, 2020. Born on September 15, 1962 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jimmy was the oldest child of James Alexander Sr and the late Maxine Alexander. Jimmy was raised in Charleston, SC and a graduate of Fort Johnson High School. He loved fast cars and all forms of car racing including drag racing and NASCAR racing. He was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. He also loved the beach but most of all, he loved riding his beloved “Black Betty” Harley Davidson motorcycle. Jimmy lived life to the fullest, always wanted to have a good time, and enjoyed making people laugh. He is survived by his father, James Alexander Sr; brother, Robert Alexander; sister Danielle Lupton (Skip), niece and nephew; Brooke and Vance; and his beloved daughter Chelsea Jamieson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maxine Alexander. Due to COVID, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
