James "Jim" Felton Ennis
July 18th, 1938 - August 16th, 2021
Mr. James “Jim” F. Ennis, 83, went to his heavenly home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 16, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 18th at 11:00am at Pierce-Jefferson Lambeth Chapel, 300 West Wendover Avenue, Greensboro. The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will immediately follow at Guilford Memorial Park. Mr. Ennis was the operator of the Boar & Castle restaurant in addition to being the manufacturer and distributor of Boar & Castle sauce for almost 40 years. Mr. Ennis was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Hester Ennis, and son, Dr. Michael J. Ennis. Survivors include his son, Austin; daughter, Deborah; sister, Mary; daughter-in-law, Jeanne D. Ennis; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Gideons International or the Salvation Army.
