Pauline: I was so sorry to hear about Jim's death. He was a good man and a great supporter of the Franciscan Center. Every time I drive down Stevenson St I think about you guys. He let me borrow the Vette for a day to take my wife for a ride, I ended up having to buy her one, THANKS JIM!!!. We so looked forward to your Christmas card each year. Eternal Rest Grant on to Jim O Lord and Let Perpetual light shine upon him. May Jim Rest in Peace. Christ's Peace Deacon Tim Maloney

🕯️ Shortly after. I moved here, I had a dentist appointment. While waiting my turn, I got talking to a gentleman who was also waiting. I had.been a member of the Newcomers Club for just a few months and on learning the this nice man and his wife were SC transplants, I told him about the club in case his wife would be interested in joining. Only later did I learn that I had been talking to Jim. What makes it particularly funny is that Pauline had recommended the dentist to me. I am so sorry for being unable to be at the services as we will be in Clemson on the 24th. Jim will surely be missed.

Dear family, My heart aches from the grief that you are suffering. Knowing of God's embracing love for you, continue looking to him when " He will wipe out all tears from our eyes, death, pain, and suffering will be no more. " - Revelation 21: 3,4 He says death is an " enemy that will be brought to nothing. " 1 Corinthians 15:26 It comforts our hearts to know this pain will be a thing of the past and through Christ the resurrection of our loved ones. We " do not sorrow just as the rest do who have no hope! " 1 Thessalonians 4:13 love from a stranger, [email protected]
