James Lewis Keen

July 7th, 1943 - December 10th, 2017

James Lewis Keen, 74, of Wilder died Sunday, December 10, 2017 at home of natural causes. He was born to Vincent & Veral Keen in Mountain Grove, Missouri on July 7, 1943. James grew up in Arroyo Grande, California and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 1961. He lived in Salinas, California for 40 years and worked as an electrician throughout the Salinas Valley. James retired in 2004 and moved to Wilder, Idaho. Jim loved to build engines and restore cars. He also had a talent with building and restoring guns. He was an excellent marksman. He is survived by his daughter Amanda Keen and son Vincent Keen; granddaughter Kaitlyn Langston; he is the brother of Georgeanne Keen, Chuck Bardin and Patsy Reese. He also leaves many good friends in the Wilder area. At Jim’s request, no services will be held. Service Information

In 1984, Flahiff Chapels expanded its facility with the addition of Canyon and Owyhee County’s first crematory.
