James Meacham

“In Loving Memory of James Anthony Meacham November 22, 1941-December 13, 2012 Jim Meacham was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Jim had a twin sister, Judy, and two brothers Elmer, and Richard who were all raised on a farm, and really understood the definition of hard work. As kids we heard the stories of how his mother really knew how to cook. His father was a stern man, but installed the qualities of good work ethic. He took great pride in joining the Army straight out of high school, in which he served four years. Soon after the military he was married and had two children. A daughter Michelle, and a son James(Jimmy), in which he loved dearly. By trade, he did auto body work and was a mechanic. He had three grand children, and two great grandchildren. For the last six years he owned a water well testing business in which he took great pride. His daughter Michelle took after him in serveral ways. She inherated her father’s love of starting new things, and had two businesses of her own and loved arts and crafts and had a huge heart for horses, but her main pride was her husband, children and grandchildren. Jimmy, his son was extremely tenacious in everything he did. His job talents were tremendous. He took the most pride and ownership of his Class A CDL, and welding traits. Jimmy has a daughter, which was his one true rose. Although Jimmy does not walk the journey of life with us anymore he is always by our side in spirit. Dad, we love you. You are forever in our hearts. In liou of the funeral service, they will be held Monday, January 14th at 1:00pm at Arvada Covenant Church. 5555 Ward Rd.
