James Lawrence O'Toole, 92, of Kensington, passed away at his home on October 30, 2009 after a long illness. A former Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Air Corp, Mr. O'Toole is survived by his loving wife, Jean, his three devoted sons, James L. Jr. (Mary), Richard A., and Robert A. (Melinda Estridge), his adoring granddaughter Kelley Marie, his beloved nieces and nephews John E. Frank, Sally J. Wolfe, Richard T. Wolfe, Allan D. Wolfe and numerous others. Memorial services will held from 11:00 to 12:00 noon on Saturday November 21, 2009 at the Holy Redeemer Church 9705 Summit Ave Kensington, MD 20895. Inquiries may be directed to: Rapp Funeral and Cremation Services, Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to: Holy Cross Hospice at 11801 Tech Road, Silver Spring, MD 20904.
