JAMES P. PETRICK, 88, of Johnson Creek passed away at his home on Friday August 24, 2012 after a long illness. He was born on September 5, 1923 in Tony Wisconsin, son of the late Benjamin and Philomena (Cicha) Petrick. He married Hilda Schneiderwent on May 23, 1945. James served in the United States Army in Germany during WWII. He was employed at Ladish Malt Company as a Maltster for many years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Jim enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was an avid bowler. He is survived by his wife, Hilda, of Johnson Creek, Daughters; Lynn (Ron) Shuster of Thiensville, Diane (Karen) Petrick of Santee, California, Sons; Wayne (Cathy) Petrick of Oconomowoc, Bruce (Jill) Petrick of Carrollton, Texas, Keith (Tina) Petrick of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Six grandchildren: Charissa (Jamie) Theurer, Tara (Mark) Ahrendt, Nicole, Tanner, Cody and Melissa; and six great grandchildren. Two sisters; Gladys (Steve) Hegyi of Dayton, Ohio, Rita Jose of Huntsville, Alabama He is preceded in death by his brother; Joseph Petrick, and sisters; Charlotte Kowaleski and Vivian Styczinski, and daughter-in-law; Anita Petrick He will be missed by all, including many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday August 28, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jefferson with the Rev. Thomas Coyle officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass Memorials may be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or to Jefferson Rainbow Hospice.
