August 4th, 1923 - March 27th, 2012
Rupp, James Everts, 88, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at home. Born in Pennsylvania, he came here in 1959 from Columbus, OH. He graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's in Pharmacology. He retired after 38 years as a Pharmacist for several local pharmacies. He was a US Navy veteran having served in World War II. He was Methodist and a member of Pasadena Community Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 613 in Turtle Creek, PA. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jane M. Rupp; his son and daughter-in-law, Jefferson M. and Melanie Rupp of Clearwater; his daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Ed Kaufholz of Seminole; grandchildren, Jefferson J. Rupp of Largo, FL, Rebecca (Greg) Bailey of Odessa, FL. Edward V. (Brianne) Kaufholz, III of Winter Park, FL, James J. (Amy) Kaufholz of Arden, NC. There will be a Memorial Service10AM Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home - Tyrone Chapel. A reception for family and friends will follow with a private inurnment at Sunnyside Cemetery in St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to Suncoast Hospice.
