Sloan, James, 64, of San Antonio, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. He was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico and moved to the Bay Area in 2011. James loved to travel and enjoyed fishing. Most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Elba and two precious daughters, Christina and Jenniffer, who is married to Rafael and was like a son to him; three grandchildren, Valeria, David and Rafael; one brother, Randal Lee Sloan. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to March of Dimes. www.marchofdimes.org
