James M. Spicer, 71, of Campton, KY, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. James was born January 27, 1947 to the late James and Neva Combs Spicer in Jackson (Breathitt County), KY. James was a retired engineer for the State Highway Department in Jackson, KY, he loved fishing as well as raising and riding horses. James is survived by his wife, Sandra Friend Spicer; daughter Jami Spicer; grandchildren James Hackworth, Jacob Williams and Hannah Hackworth; 3 half brothers, 3 half sisters, and several cousins. No services are planned.
