James "Bud" Andrew Suss 84, of Tucson passed to be the with the Lord on Thursday, August 5th, 2021. He was born on July 22, 1937 and was a career Military Man. He attended The University of Nebraska where he earned a Bachelor of General Studies degree and later attended Eastern New Mexico University where he earned a Master of Arts degree.
