James C. Tomlinson
June 3rd, 1942 - January 10th, 2015
James C. Tomlinson, 72, of Division Street, died peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2015. A lifelong city resident, James was born on June 3, 1942. He attended city schools and was a car sales man for Triple J. Cars. He enjoyed target shooting and going to the gun rage, fishing, hunting and fairs. James also served proudly with the United States Army before being honorably discharged. Survivors include; two daughters, Debra Wojcik and her husband Joe, and Bernadette Tomlinson; two sons, James Tomlinson, Jr. and his wife Vicki and Joseph Tomlinson; his siblings, Donny Tomlinson and his wife Michelle and Sandy; 6 grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy on December 11, 2014 and his sister Shelia. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 3p.m. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam.
