On Tuesday morning January 30, 2024 , James David Whitlow passed away peacefully. He is a loving father of two children and two grandchildren. He is also a loving brother to two surviving sisters. He is a friend to many and enjoyed loving others well. He is deeply loved and will be remembered for being a very giving, caring, and funny Dad.
