Jamie La-Vell Hamilton
April 4th, 1963 - August 29th, 2016
Jamie La-Vell Hamilton, of Marysville, CA passed away August 29, 2016. Born on April 4, 1963 in Columbus, TX, she was a 37 year resident of the Yuba Sutter area. Jamie was a cosmetologist for 34 years. She was a member of the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, and Women Missionary Society (WMS) Director of Bible Studies, Bethel Ame Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her husband Jimmy Hamilton, son James Snowden, daughters Janae Bell (Todd) and Raquel Hammond, parents James and Curtis Mae Denley, one grandchild Gregory Bell Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Ame Church. Inurnment will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
