Mr. Jamie L. Wilcox, age 35, of Gloversville, died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at his home. He was born June 21, 1978 in Gloversville, the son of Cecilia Warner Wilcox and the late Robert L. Wilcox. He attended Fulton Montgomery Community College and was a graduate of MTI Transportation School in Chicago. Jamie was employed at SLA Transportation, Power Pallet Inc; Sowle Industrial Hardware and at the time of his death was working at DNT Express of Albany. He is survived by two children: Damian Michal Wilcox and Kayla Rose Wilcox, both of Gloversville; his mother, Cecilia Wilcox of Gloversville; several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert Wilcox. There will be no calling hours or services. Private interment will take place at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Gloversville. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
